All dresses sold by Eliza Belle are pre-loved/second-hand unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of pre-owned items, signs of wear, minor marks, or imperfections may be present.
Condition
Each dress is checked before sale and described as accurately as possible. Minor imperfections may not always be listed.
Sizing & Fit
Sizes may vary depending on brand and any alterations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the dress will fit. We recommend trying the dress where possible.
Sales Policy
All sales are sold as seen and final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is significantly not as described.
Payments
Full payment must be made before collection. Items will not be reserved without payment unless agreed.
Holds
If a hold is agreed, it will only be for 7 days and may require a non-refundable deposit.
Collection
Collection must be arranged within an agreed timeframe. Items not collected within a reasonable period may be relisted.
Alterations
Dresses may require alterations. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are reflected in the price.
Liability
Eliza Belle is not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues once the item has been collected.
